If you have had a contact lens eye exam in the last year, we will use your contact lens prescription on file. If you have not had an eye exam in the last year you will be contacted to book an eye exam.

For non patients:
You are required to email a valid contact lens prescription to Unionvilleoptometry@rogers.com
